Financial Policy

All sales are final. Any unused sessions shall remain a credit with VK K9 Obedience. Credits for sessions are transferrable with the consent of both parties. Please contact our team if interested in transferring any credits with a fellow dog owner. 

We accept payments via our online booking, CashApp, & Venmo, cash payments. We do not accept checks at this time.

Tardy policy

Communication is valued within our company. If the session does not start within the first half of the allotted time, the session would be a used credit unless notified beforehand.

Cancellations

Please give our team at least 24 hour notice if a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The cancelled session will return to your account as a credit and will be able to be used for future sessions with our trainer.
